PRIVATE EVENT GENERAL INFORMATION

VENUE:

Hutch’s is NOT affiliated with a Resort, Casino, Golf Course, Country Club, Vineyard, Spa, Recreational Facility, Hookah Lounge, Brazilian Steakhouse, or part of a larger entertainment property.

Hutch’s does NOT have live music or dance entertainment on a regular basis. Though is allowable with proper permission.

There is self-parking in the back of the restaurant.

PRIVATE ROOMS:

Hutch’s has 2 private spaces located upstairs with dedicated bathrooms. These are not handicap accessible and do not have elevator access.

Both of our private rooms have four walls and a closed door.

Room 1: Fillmore Room, $1200 F&B Minimum, $250 Room Fee, seats up to 20, 14-16 with a presentation, has a 75” Blue tooth TV available for use at no charge.

Room 2: Roosevelt Room, $1800 F&B Minimum, $400 Room Fee, seats up to 50, 30 with a presentation, has a 75” Blue tooth TV available for use at no charge.

Hutch’s has a larger area that can be made private on our main floor. This area is handicap accessible, has private bathrooms, four walls and separate entrances. This room has a capacity of 75-100 depending on the layout. There is no AV available in this space, but outside AV is allowable for an event. This space has a $6000 F&B Minimum on Tuesday-Thursday, $10,000 F&B Minimum on Friday & Saturday, and a set $1000 Room Fee.

Minimums & Room Fees are not negotiable for Hutch’s private spaces. If the minimum is not met, the remaining unmet minimum is billed as a room fee or miscellaneous charge.

To book a private room, Hutch’s requires a non-refundable deposit in the amount of the allocated Room Fee to confirm the date on our calendar.

Hutch’s requires a 10 day lead time to book an event and 7 days for the guaranteed final headcount. At this time, the count may increase but not decrease without charge.

MENUS:

Hutch’s offers a few professional dinner packages inclusive of a 3 course prix fixe dinner, 2 beverages, tax & gratuity. Please see attached menus.

Hutch’s can accommodate Gluten Free, Vegan & Vegetarian meals upon request, but advanced notice is preferred.

Hutch’s cannot accommodate religious meal accommodations (e.g. Kosher, Halal).

MISCELLANEOUS:

Sales tax rate is 8.75%

Hutch’s adds a 20% gratuity to the inclusive menu price and it is distributed to the staff. No administrative fees or service charges.

Hutch’s accepts third party payments.

Hutch’s requires a contract with credit card authorization to book an event in a private room.

Hutch’s requires the following information to create a contract:

– date, time, and private room preferred

– estimated guest count (guaranteed count due 10 days prior)

– host/representative name, email, and phone

– 3rd party contact name, email, and phone

Hutch’s does not turn away any events in another private room on the same day as your booking unless the minimum and room fee for the additional space is paid for. It is important to note that we take the privacy of our guests seriously and do not disclose any info about other guests and their bookings, as all our rooms are fully private.

AV:

Hutch’s has a 75″bluetooth TV in both upper rooms; all other AV & cords must be brought in.

There is strong Wi-Fi throughout the restaurant but not dedicated to the room.

A third party AV company is permitted for use at Hutch’s should you need it.
